The commissioner(and friend) loved this piece, she were so happy when I finally gave it to her. Sadly she were not doing well, struggling with depressions, some few days a go she committed suicide. 

Always hard when a person commit suicide, for friends, family and co-workers. I just wish her family well. I miss her a lot.

I don't blame myself for anything but in many ways I wonder if I could change the outcome.
